This is one of those skills that everyone says they have — because you think that if you can work on group projects in school, you can work as a team at a professional job, right? Wrong! You have to be driven enough to know that your part is still important, and therefore it needs to be done. You have to have the self motivation to push passed the ache of sitting in front of a computer all day!<\/p>\n
