I have over 17 years of experience in the software and technology industry, ranging from building websites and apps to management of large scale projects. Being a part of the industry does certainly put into perspective the importance of STEM in our kids' lives. At a time when technology is becoming more and more a part of our lives, careers and social interactions, I believe that coding is going to become an essential skill for our kids to learn.
