Q: How do I cancel my monthly plan?

A: As long as you give us 30 days notice, you can cancel your monthly plan at any time.

Q: What if my Code Coach® cancels?

A: While rare, occasionally a Coach has to cancel a session. We’ll let you know immediately and offer you two options. 1) Schedule a make-up at another time 2) Keep your appointment with another Code Coach® if one is available.

Q: How many make-up sessions are allowed to be banked?

A: You are only allowed to bank one make-up session at any time; however, that just means that you need to get your make-up sessions on the calendar as soon as possible. It doesn’t limit the number of make-ups that you can have. We just want them to get scheduled because they are difficult to track otherwise.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: Because we are paperless, we do not accept cash or checks. We do accept all major credit cards.

Q: When does the monthly transaction get charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged on the day of your first lesson and then on the first of each month thereafter.

Q: How much do the monthly programs cost?

A: Prices vary by location so you will need to check with your specific location for pricing.
