Our camps generally have a low-ratio of students per coach. Ask your location for specifics as it can vary. Camp instructors are Code Coaches® who have successfully gone through our onboarding process and are coders that know how to teach coding skills to kids. Each camp has recommendations around age and skill level, but all are open to discussion based on your child’s experience with coding.

If you’ve never heard of MrBeast, just ask your kids who he is! In our MrBeast Camp we’ll be teaching the kids how to brainstorm ideas, plan, shoot and edit their own MrBeast-style video ready to publish on YouTube. The campers will work in small teams to cooperate on their videos together and they’ll edit them as a team. This camp will combine assembling the robot from scratch and will introduce kids to some electronics and mechanical sensors along the way. | 7/20-7/24 | In-Person | MashUp Camp #2: Nintendo Switch: GameBuilder + Minecraft Server During the Nintendo Switch Coding Camp we teach coding concepts in a fun and unique way using the coding “game” developed by the team at Nintendo called Game Builder Garage! This game teaches kids coding concepts in a visual way that is effective but fun throughout, hey what else did you expect from Nintendo!? As an added perk, WE WILL SUPPLY ALL OF THE NINTENDO SWITCHES for the camp! Yup we got you! Kids just need to show up ready to code on the Switch. Using a Scratch-like block language and Python, campers will get hands-on with drone programming right from their laptops, all set up on-site with our own hotspot. This unique outdoor camp combines fresh air and tech in a way kids won’t find anywhere else—perfect for aspiring coders and drone enthusiasts! Check out the Drone we’ll be using for this camp. Python is extremely powerful yet easy to read compared to other programming languages, so it’s perfect for kids who are ready for a typed programming language. We know the kids love Minecraft so what better way to teach them to code than doing so on the platform they already know and play!During breaks we’ll let the kids play our Nintendo Switch to compete in Super Smash Bros. tournaments. We spend the camp teaching kids the fundamentals of the Python programming language and we introduce them to Google Teachable Machine which teaches them how to train and build their own A.I. models, it’s really incredible! Python is one of the hottest computer programming languages in the world and it's used in everyday applications. We love Python because it’s also one of the easiest languages for kids to learn because of its simplicity. Artificial Intelligence or A.I. is everywhere these days and it’s producing some of the most insane technology we’ve seen in a generation, and we wait to introduce it to this generation of young coders! In this fun and beginner-friendly camp, students will use Scratch to design their very own turn-based Pokémon battles, complete with custom sprites, health bars, and evolving characters. Throughout the week, kids will bring their favorite Pokémon to life through drag-and-drop block coding. They'll animate movement, build attacks with sound and logic, and create pixel-style worlds where players explore, battle, and collect.
