Our camps are all low-ratio, with typically six campers to each instructor. Camp instructors are often our regular year-round Code Coaches® who have lots of experience teaching coding skills to kids throughout the year. Each camp has recommendations around age and skill level, but all are open to discussion based on your child’s experience with coding.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, theCoderSchool believes every kid is unique, and we treat them that way. Our core program revolves around a mentor relationship with experienced coders, Code Coaches who can guide our students through their amazing - and custom - technical journey. | 7/29-8/2 | Full Day | Robots & Roblox with Oculus VR Our Robots & Roblox camp teaches kids about robotics and coding using the awesome mBot coding robot. Kids will assemble their own robot kit and we'll code them using Scratch to create some entry level artificial intelligence and we'll have some robot competitions they'll love. At lunch each day the kids will play their favorite Roblox games together and they can try our Oculus Quest 2 headsets to play some incredible games in Virtual Reality! | 7/29-8/2 | Full Day | Nintendo Switch Coding Camp During the Nintendo Switch Coding Camp we teach coding concepts in a fun and unique way using the coding “game” developed by the team at Nintendo called Game Builder Garage! This game teaches kids coding concepts in a visual way that is effective but fun throughout, hey what else did you expect from Nintendo!? The kids will need to bring in their own Nintendo Switch with the game already loaded in order to participate in this camp. Sign Up soon, we think this will be a HIT! In this camp, we'll guide kids through the exciting process of designing their own battle royale game in Roblox Studio, inspired by the thrilling dynamics of Fortnite. They’ll learn the ins and outs of game design, from crafting engaging maps to programming the rules of their very own showdown. Perfect for gamers who love to think outside the box, this camp offers a blend of fun and education, equipping them with the skills to become budding game developers!
